Production procedure: Mechanical harvest, fast procession: destemming and crushing, immediate gentle pressing by separating the pressed juice. Reductive-controlled fermentation in tanks with the inoculation of yeast species (14-18 °C). Fermentation time was 2 weeks. Bottling followed fining and clarification.

Colour: mirror clean, light green and straw yellow colour. Essences: moderate, lively essence intensity. Muscatel, floral and sweet, spicy essence. Aroma: light, moderately bodied, moderate acidity. Its essences can be identified in its aroma. Aftertaste: mild sweet and spicy, muscatel. Its aroma disappears soon. It is easy to drink.
It is recommended with fresh soft cheese, vegetables, pasta, poultry, steaks from white meat and fish.
